Sometimes things happen and a cancellation is necessary. Retainer fee payments (50% of the total cost) are non-refundable. If canceling after the 30-day period, the full rental balance will be forfeited. With such a last-minute change, we are usually unable to book another event in your place, hence this policy. I appreciate your understanding!

An order must be at least $100 in value to qualify for LOCAL delivery. If your order meets this requirement, delivery starts at an additional $25 and may increase depending on distance from our company or difficulty of delivery.

The starting rate of $25 includes basic round-trip delivery to and pick-up from your event. If the delivery includes traversing steps, an elevator, or a reasonable walk from where we can park our delivery vehicle, there is an additional fee.

Deliveries outside of Laurel, MS will incur an additional charge of $1.50 per mile. For locations beyond our standard delivery area, accommodation fees may be applied accordingly.

*Labor costs for heavy items delivered will require an extra fee. *Special pick-ups on weekends / evening hours will require an extra fee.

* Early and Day before drop-off will require extra fee.

Our delivery costs are calculated based on the amount of furniture being rented, venue, timing and other factors. Once we have all of the details, we will get a personalized quote for your event. Please reach out to us for more information.

In order to ensure safety and care of our items, we require delivery and pick up for delicate and large items by our Soirée Decor team.

Clients are allowed to pick up and return select items. It is imperative that clients provide a covered vehicle for pickups from the warehouse. A minimum rental amount of $200 is required for such orders. When picking up large items, such as tables, chairs or upholstered furniture, clients must bring moving blankets, ratchet straps for secure transportation, and use a covered trailer or box truck. Soiree Decor 9 may refuse warehouse pick-up if the means of transport are deemed unsuitable. Please reference our policy concerning damaged items.

Great! We can’t wait to work with you. You can make a wishlist by clicking on the items you love. From there, you’ll receive a proposal with full pricing. Keep in mind that proposals expire after 10 days, meaning the same pricing, pieces and date may no longer be available. If you decide to book after the proposal expires, email us so we can confirm availability and refresh your proposal! Once you approve the proposal all you need to do is sign your rental contract and put down a 50% non-refundable retainer, which can be paid in cash, credit or debit card, Venmo or Cash App. All orders do require a credit or debit card on file while the items are rented for any incidentals.

We require a valid state-issued driver’s license or a government-issued photo ID card with a street address on it for first time rentals. The information will be saved in our system for future rentals.

Soirée Decor and Event Rentals is committed to bringing exceptional party solutions to your doorstep. We offer our services to events located within a 45-mile radius of our base location. How far will we travel is 45 miles. Anything after are considered Out-Of-Town and will incur travel fees (per diems + hotel). We require different minimums based on the distance from the servicing location. Please reach out to info@Soireerentalcompay.com to learn more about our travel minimums. This ensures that we can deliver our high-quality decor and rental items in a timely and efficient manner. If your event is outside of this range, please contact us directly to discuss potential arrangements and any additional fees that may apply.

Our delivery/pick up team will set up and breakdown certain products (candelabras and backdrops). You can request our team to set up other rental items for an additional fee or we can just deliver those items and you will be responsible for carefully setting the item up.

Yes. We have a minimum order starting at $100 for delivery and $100 for pick up orders.

Events outside of our local delivery area? No problem: $500 minimum order for venues over 60-miles and $1000 minimum for deliveries 100-miles or more away from our Location.

To secure for your chosen date, we require a non-refundable 50% retainer + signed rental agreement. Once deposit is made, rental items will be reserved, and remaining balance is due at least 3 days prior to the event. If you want to make things easy and worry free, feel free to select our “auto-pay” option when submitting your retainer. The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the credit card on file.

*For short notice events, payment is required in full upon reservation.

We will take into consideration your preferred delivery time. I’ll touch base with you or your planner the week of your event to confirm delivery and pickup times.

We’ll do our best to help as items may be limited! Rentals booked within 10 days of the event will incur a 20% Rush Fee. Rentals booked within 5 days of the event are not guaranteed and must be approved by Soiree Decor staff first.

We understand things happen! We automatically charge a non-refundable 10% damage waiver. This covers normal wear and tear such as small stains, nicks or scratches If the item is beyond repair and needs to be removed from inventory, we will assess the value at three to five times the rental rate or the actual replacement cost. If the item is fixable, the client will be liable for the repair cost.

All items should be returned in the condition they were originally found. All items should be placed indoors/out of the elements following the event. If you have a planner handling the rentals, you are still responsible for making sure the items are secured and handled appropriately following an event.

As much as we’d love to sponsor each and every event that aligns with our values, we can only fit a few into our budget each year. If you think Soiree would be a good fit to sponsor your cause, please get in touch and let us know about the event. We’ll do our best to accommodate your sponsorship needs! The delivery fee is not discounted. If we agree to sponsor your event, Soiree Decor will have the right to use the photos for its promotional purposes. Delivery is required for large or bulky items that are not appropriate for pickup. The delivery fee and any other applicable fees charged will be quoted to you up front and will not be discounted.

Yes, but all signage must be removed before items are picked up or returned to us. Please check with us beforehand for approval. Nail holes and sticker residue will be considered damage and incur a fee for the cleaning and repairs.

Keeping our inventory in amazing shape is a top priority at Soiree Decor. The protection plan is a mandatory 10% non-refundable deposit. This covers reasonable wear and overall maintenance of our furniture.

Yes, the only fee that applies to every order is the Labor Fee & Damage Waiver.

All Event Rental Orders are subject to a Labor Fee which includes (cleaning & restocking)

The damage waiver is a safeguard, priced at 10% of your rental total, that covers accidents that may occur while the items are in your care, such as scratches, stains, or damage resulting from normal use. If you opt into the damage waiver, Toast will cover the cost of these damages. If you’d like to opt out, please notify us prior to signing the contract. Opting out requires a signed waiver and credit card authorization, allowing us to charge the full replacement cost for any items damaged or missing while in your care.

Please note: the damage waiver is not insurance—you’re still liable for significant damage from misuse or loss.

Other fees that could occur on your order are:

• Rush Fee: A 20% rush fee occurs if an order is placed for delivery within 10 days of the event or schedules a Will-Call within 5 days of the event.

• Travel Fees: If your delivery is outside of our local delivery radius:
  

  • $175/hotel room, per night (shared by 2 crew members)

  • $60/day, per crew member

• Credit Card Fees: A 3.9% credit card fee will apply in addition to any fees charged by our card processor.

• Stairs Fee: If the Toast crew is required to carry furniture up stairs, a fee of $50/per crew/per hour will apply.

• After Hours Delivery Fee: After 11:59pm, the client will be charged $50/crew member per hour within the after hours window: 12:00AM – 9:00AM

• Weekend Will-Call Fee: A $75 fee occurs if a Will-Call pickup takes place on Saturday or Sunday.N

Yes! We love to collaborate on styled shoots when it makes sense for us! However, we can’t be a part of every shoot. We offer limited availability to minimize wear & tear on rentals. Discounted costs apply to paid styled shoots/workshops, whereas collaborations with vendors participating cost-free will be complimentary.

The delivery fee is not discounted. Delivery is required for large or bulky items that are not appropriate for pickup. The delivery fee and any other applicable fees charged will be quoted to you up front and will not be discounted.

If we agree to collab with a photoshoot, Soiree Decor will have the right to use the photos for its promotional purposes.

We accept cash, check, credit or debit card, Venmo or Cash App.

Let us know as soon as it arrives on site and we can evaluate your needs or changes. However, all sales are final.

OF COURSE! Visions change and guest lists grow. Just let us know as soon as possible about any changes so that we can make sure we have what you need on your day.

We are happy to make adjustments to your order up until 7 days prior to your delivery date. We are not able to accommodate changes or reductions to an order within 7 days of the delivery date. As such, last-minute changes to your order or delivery information are subject to additional change fees. We understand that sometimes items are needed at the 11th hour. Depending on our inventory availability, we will work to accommodate these additions.

Yes. Someone needs to be on site that is authorized to sign and explain to the crew where the items will be setup or staged. You do not need to be present during pickup as long as we have a prior agreement and access to the property. You are still liable that all equipment is accounted for and not damaged upon pick-up.
